What makes Cogniverse different

01 Who are the coaches? →

Psychology-grounded

Every coach on Cogniverse holds an academic background in psychology. Not motivation. Not hustle. Real science, applied with care.

02 How does flexible pricing work? →

Built for the in-between

Not in crisis, but not thriving either. Navigating a transition, unsure what comes next — this is exactly the space we built for. And because this moment is already hard enough, cost shouldn't be the reason you don't start.

03 Learn about our social impact model →

Growth that gives back

A part of every session fee goes to people who need support that's currently out of reach. When you invest in yourself, you make it a little more reachable for someone else.

All you need to know

Psychological coaching is an evidence-based approach to personal and professional development, grounded in psychology. It's for people who are generally doing okay but carrying something they haven't quite been able to work through on their own. A transition. A decision that keeps getting deferred. A quiet sense that something needs to shift. It draws on psychology and applies it to forward-looking growth. Sessions give that something a structure, and the space to actually move through it.
Coaching is future-oriented. It's for people who are functioning well but carrying something they haven't been able to work through alone — a career question, a relationship issue, a pattern they want to change. It's not a clinical intervention, and it doesn't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If something deeper surfaces along the way, your coach is trained to recognise it and help you find the right support. The two aren't in competition. They answer different questions.
Every coach on Cogniverse holds an academic background in psychology, combined with dedicated coaching training. That's the baseline for appearing on the platform — not a nice-to-have, but a requirement. The coaching profession is guided by internationally recognised ethical frameworks, and our coaches work within those standards. Because many are building their practice, sessions are also more accessible than you might expect. You'll meet yours in a free intro session before committing to anything.
Coaches on Cogniverse set their own rates. When you view a coach's profile, you'll see a pricing band based on what clients with similar coaches typically offer. Not a fixed price, but a starting point for you to work from. You choose what to offer. The coach reviews it and confirms, counters, or declines. What you agree on works for both of you. If you need to offer something outside the range, you can. Coaches decide whether to accept, and some regularly do.
We believe access to this kind of support shouldn't depend on where you started. That's why a part of every coaching fee is allocated to a social impact fund — used to support people in situations where that access simply isn't there yet. When you book a session, you're not just investing in yourself. A portion of what you pay goes toward making that same possibility available to someone else. Where it goes is decided each quarter by the Cogniverse community.
Every coach on Cogniverse works within established professional ethics for the coaching profession — including clear boundaries around what coaching is, what it isn't, and when to refer someone to other support. Sessions are confidential. We take privacy seriously and are building this platform with transparency as a core principle, not an afterthought. If you have questions about how we handle your data, reach out directly. We'll answer.
